Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept payment via credit card securely and online. Once we’ve received your registration information.When Can I Start?
After you have registered and submitted payment you may start the next Transformation Start Date. Our Program runs for 6 weeks at a time Monday – Friday at 5:30am-6:30am.
What do I need to bring to Transformation camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5 or 8 lb. hand weights, and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with because we will be outside on a grass field and the chances are, you will be getting some outside elements such as grass and moisture from the humidity on your hands and shoes.. plus you will be Sweating!Does it matter what days I attend?
You may attend up to 5 days a week M-F, we recommend that you come at least 3 times a week.

What do you do during the pre evaluation?
During the pre evals we take your pics, measurements and weight so that we can track your progress. We hold these evals on the Sat. before the start date. We also answer all your questions and can help you out with finding the right supplements and meal plans for you.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
All Sales are Final No REFUNDS… don’t sign up if you are not ready to transform you body!
There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
What is a typical day like at camp?
Camp activity will vary depending on the location of the camp. So, it’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight and circuit training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp or yearly untill they reach their goals
