Go to the registration page and fill out the registration form. After filling out the registration form, please follow the payment instructions. We accept payment via credit card securely and online. Once we’ve received your registration information.When Can I Start?
After you have registered and submitted payment you may start the next business day. Our camp run continuously throughout the year Monday – Friday at 5:30am-6:30am. If you need to postpone your start date after you have registered then please email us at firstname.lastname@example.orgWhat do I need to bring to camp?
You will need to bring one set of 5 or 8 lb. hand weights, and any type of exercise mat. You will also want to bring water to keep yourself hydrated during camp. Optional items are a towel to dry off with because we will be outside on a grass field and the chances are, you will be getting some outside elements such as grass and moisture from the humidity on your hands and shoes.. plus you will be Sweating!
If I sign up for the 3 day a week plan, what days can I attend M-F?
You may attend any 3 days a week M-F or for those who have to miss a entire week you can come any 12 days M-F within the one month boot camp session.
Example: Some women can only attend boot camp for three weeks and have to miss a entire week because of a conflicting schedule. So they are allowed to come any 4 times a week M-F for 3 weeks to ensure that they attend a total of 12 times withing their schedule.
What if I sign up for the three-day plan and then want to do more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be pro-rated from the point you decide to join us for more days.
Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is slight to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you improve!
What kinds of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some exercise experience is needed to ensure your safety and a better flow of class.
Is there a refund policy?
All Sales are Final.
There is no cash refund. This is not negotiable.
*VIP Membership Policy: There are No make up days or Transfers of Boot Camp sessions in VIP Membership.
You can cancel your Inner Circle V.I.P. Membership at any time after you fulfill 6 consecutive boot camps.
VIP Membership Auto-Renew Policy: After you fullfill your 6month boot camp commitment, your VIP membership will continue on a camp-to-camp basis where you can cancel your VIP membership anytime by phone or email; however, notification should be receive by us no later than the Monday before the next camp starts.
What is a typical day like at camp?
Camp activity will vary depending on the location of the camp. So, it’s difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect some light running, weight and circuit training, obstacle courses, core training and jumping rope each week. On special days, we will take a field trip to a different location. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.”
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as three days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first camp. Remember, everyone is different!
What will I do after camp is over?
Many (up to 80%) of the campers return for a second and even third camp or yearly memberships
